I hate to say it, but the variable, but generally pleasant, weather of the past week is going to degenerate into what looks like an onslaught of pacific storms over the next 7 days. As I mentioned on Monday, the Jetstream is sending a strong atmospheric river our way. And when that happens, generally we get wet.
Here is the Jetstream for this Saturday… Pointed straight at us ready to fire.
On the ground, we will be getting a little wet tonight and tomorrow, but likely not much as the weather will come sweeping in from the NorthEast, unusually.
The worst looks to be mid morning tomorrow.
Friday and Saturday should dry out and be OK.
Once the jet hits though, things look much more familiar, and June like.
Sunday afternoon, we will get wet.
We should get a break Monday followed by another wave on Tuesday morning, followed quickly by another Tuesday night.
The end of the forecast period, Tuesday night has the Jetstream looking like this.
It will be sticking around for a while.

Does this mean the long weekend is not looking good either?
The long range stuff goes out to Thursday now… And it doesn’t look bright and sunny at this point for the long weekend, I think that is safe to say. But a lot can always change in 7 days.
