I hope everyone had a great long weekend! The weather was darn near perfect!
Temperatures will back off a little but the sunny warm weather is going to continue all week! The sun is just peaking over the mountain as I write this.
Tuesday will be the most interesting day as we have a strong cold front moving across the coast later this afternoon that will bring gusty westerly winds. There is a special weather statement in effect for the East and West sides of the Island. Winds up to 70kph are expected except in Victoria where a wind warning has been issued for gusts of 70-90kph.
The strongest winds should be around 5-8PM this evening.
Other than that though, the rest of the week will build gradually warmer to 29 on Saturday with sun as far as the eye can see!
