No big surprise that this needs to be done in order to try to stabilize the slope and surrounding area before the fall rains come. They have a huge amount of work to do to ensure there are no landslides in the coming rainy season and even with everything they do, the chances of debris falling this winter during rain and wind events will be very high.
Minor Website udpates
I’ve updated the Data View and it includes some cool new information presented in a nice way. if you would like a light or dark background, or different units, look for the links in the top corner of the Data View window to customize it to your liking.
I’ve also made some minor changes to the website home page. I am hoping to be able to purchase a new webcam for the house in the coming weeks.
The weather will remain warm and dry for the forseeable future. It has obviously been an extremely dry start to the summer.
