One last shower – then…
Don’t be fooled by the cool and stormy start to the week! This batch of rain showers is already starting its exit to the East.
Rain showers will end tonight and in their wake we are going to find ourselves returning to summer weather!
5 days of summer
Tuesday and Wednesday will transition from lingering fog and clouds to full sunny afternoons!
By Thursday we should see that summertime warmth return with temperatures around 25ºC as a high pressure system builds in and hot California air starts to creep back up the coast.
By Saturday and Sunday we are approaching and possibly topping 30ºC.
Next Monday – Possible Changeover
At this point the model is showing Pacific air possibly attempting a come back late on Monday but even Monday evening still looks warm across most of Vancouver Island.
I would expect the late part of this forecast to change as we get to the weekend but the good news is, the first three days, Friday, Saturday and Sunday of Labour Weekend look fantastic!
Tarps!? Only if you need the shade! 🙂
