It wouldn’t be the West Coast if we didn’t have sun, rain, wind and rainbows… every day in Spring. 🙂
It’s a beautiful time of year. We should see more of the same for the next week or so before it heats up for any length of time.
We’ll see if we can get some hot weather in time for May Long Weekend!

Yes. Environment Canada has a pretty extensive Daily Observation Data at their Climate Archive.
Try this link:

You can select one month at a time and view the daily data for every year back to 1992. If you click on the day, you get the hourly data.
