It was nothing short of a spectacular weekend and that spectacular weather is going to continue for at least another day.
The forecast high for today is 24ºC but I would not be surprised if the thermometers in the City of Port Alberni crack 25ºC. We’ll see. We did set a short-term record on Saturday and Sunday and will most likely set another one Monday.
Unfortunately, that will be the end of our heatwave. Tuesday afternoon still looks pleasant temperature wise, but much more moderate on the West Coast as some showers move through and the heat retreats eastward.
Expect the showers to start after noon.
It will be dry on Wednesday but another weak band of showers will move through on Thursday.
Have a happy Monday! And don’t forget the sunscreen if you are outside! 🙂
