4PM-7PM Picture below shows the strongest amount of rain of the day. So only a couple hours left.

The Satellite picture of half hour ago shows the back of the front sliding down the island.
Between 7-10PM the model shows the front moved through.
Here is the current Ash river flow. It has not started to rise rapidly yet.
The concern will be how much it rains in the mountains and how fast that comes down and whether it wil meet the very high tides. Here are the tide tables.
