The new forecast has indeed given us a rainfall warning. 100-180mm through Wednesday is pretty substantial. There really isn’t much else to say about the forecast. Rain and more rain, the heaviest looks to be coming this morning and midday but it will still be raining hard until Wednesday afternoon and night.
Hope everyone has their umbrella at the ready and got some sandbags from the City Works parking lot if they need them. I have some at the foot of my driveway to hopefully keep the water from sneaking under the wall and into the basement.

Yikes! We’re showing 28mm at the moment, but I think a fair bit has been blown right over the gauge due to the high winds. Hoping Thurs/Fri will be good as I’m traveling to Port Thurs, then Vic on Fri.
I think webs are growing on my feet..

Bring back the cold and snow! At least you can tell when it’s daytime! By the way, it looks like another significant system is heading straight at us for Sunday/Monday.
Row row row your boat… anyone got an Ark?
Love it! And so far no water in the basement. Love it more!
When did it get dark out? was hard to tell.

Environment Canada recorded 111.8 mm of precipitation at the Airport yesterday. I believe that’s midnight to midnight.

Don’t bet on it just yet… but… don’t lose hope on that white Christmas… it’s far from impossible given what the models are showing right now.
